Ranking of Institutions by Index of Complaints

The ranking of claims consolidates the citizens claims against Financial Institutions that were received, analyzed and closed by the Central Bank in each reference period.

The available data presents, for each financial institution: the claims index; the number of claims by type (regulated, non regulated, evidences of noncompliance, others, grand total); and the amounts of customers of the CCS (Customer Registry of the National Financial System), the SCR (credit information system) and the FGC (Credit Guarantee Fund).

The calculation of the claims index considers the amount of regulated claims with evidences of noncompliance per each one million clients of the financial institution.
