Individuals with quotas by income level - non informed income

Concept: Individuals with consortium quotas, non informed income level. This groups includes individuals with credit operations lower than the minimun amount that has to be informed by the financial institutions to Central Bank of Brazil credit system and those who do not have credit operations with financial institutions.
